The Agency's work is only as good as the good work of promotional teams.

The team of promoters and hostesses is divided into three groups according to the evaluation of the work of already completed projects. The ratings aim for maximum objectivity allowing input from both the agency and client side. After the end of the campaign the system will compare any differences between the evaluation of the actions of the client and the evaluation of the GMG staff.

The evaluation criteria are primarily based on sales results, proactivity, and precise and flawless execution of reporting.

C Promoter/hostess

Group C is essential - the entry group for new promoters. When selecting promoters and hostesses we focus on personality traits, social skills and overall presentation. The skills and knowledge that each promoter and hostess possesses are skills associated with addressing customers and presenting products. Group C also includes hostesses who have experience working with the promoter, but have not yet been evaluated in any GMG project.

B Senior Promoter/hostess

Senior promoters differ from regular promoters not only in terms of their level of experience (seniority), but also their skills and the work that they do.

A TOP Promoter/hostess

The "TOP Promoter" level can only be achieved by those who have successfully managed the two previous positions. The hostesses in this group are the best in our database. They provide excellent performance, a proactive approach and reliability. In addition to excellent evaluations, promoters in this group must be approved by internal managers of GMG. The task of each "TOP promoter" is to advise other promoters and hostesses and to be a team leader.

Based on the evaluation of the implemented campaigns the promo team is divided into groups from A to C, depending on the level of results. Group A is involved in PREMIUM campaigns, which means the possibility to receive a flat pay increase of 50% and participation in the most interesting projects.

Selection of the promo team

We make recommendations, but the choice is yours.

Each project is unique and requires a different profile of promotional teams. Our database of more than 930 promoters and hostesses allows you to choose according to all possible criteria, such as sales skills, proactivity, age, reliability, character, level of education, appearance, previous experience, and more.


Each project is preceded by a photo casting that is subject to comments and acceptance by the client. The client always knows who they will see at their events.

Promo team training

Knowing what we are selling is the principle; knowing HOW TO SELL it is the key.

Each promo team undergoes basic operational and product training, preferably with the maximum participation of the client. Product information is then transferred into practice through the training of selling skills and development of soft-skills. All training programmes are drawn up in collaboration with a professional trainer. The result is a change in communication from an endless list of product benefits to a sufficient quantity of genuine sales arguments.


The client has the option to choose from three training programmes for sales skills.

Ready to go – a universal training programme created by a professional trainer. Physical training provided by a project manager.

Ready to sell – a 3-hour training programme to develop logical reasoning techniques, overcoming objections and basic methods of transacting business (= closing). It includes selling points for the product and role play with commentary by a professional trainer.

Ready to excel – a daylong training programme to develop logical reasoning techniques, overcoming objections and basic methods of transacting business (= closing). It includes selling points for the product and role play with commentary by a professional trainer.

The level of acquired knowledge and skills in particular is measured after training, educational methods through On-The-Job Training. It aims to improve the skill level of the individual promoters.

Before the start of the campaign the complete tour plan is loaded into the Symes system. Therefore you can always see where your events will take place and which promoters will be involved in the event.
